To contribute to our work in some way and would like to make a few suggestions....
Our OLIVE PATH OUT OF POVERTY PROGRAMME for farm workers and their families is has its spotlight on children and with your help we can help them achieve their dreams of a poverty free, brighter future. You can do this in one of the following ways: - By donating an olive tree in the Goedgedacht Olive Peace Grove – and making your own personal dedication which will be cut in metal and put up on the dedication wall in the olive grove. We hope that in due course the profit we make from our beautiful extra virgin olive oil will support our programmes. R300.00 for a tree and a plaque.
- Keep a child in school by sponsoring a child in our creche, pre-school or an older child at school. R120.00 per month per child.
- Help us with a donation so that we can buy e-pap (a highly nutritious porridge) for some of the 500 hungry farm children we are supporting each day.
- Money for boots, jerseys, transport, rugby balls etc will all Support our sports project.
- And finally, we would like to offer you the opportunity to become a “FRIEND OF GOEDGEDACHT” by supporting us on an on-going basis with a monthly stop order.
These donations give us regular income from which to plan our budgets ..so they are very important. It's so good to have some unallocated funds available when faced with an emergency…such as when a very sick child has to suddenly be taken to hospital or a house burns down. |
By donating an olive tree in the Goedgedacht Olive Peace Grove you will be helping a rural child onto a path out of poverty. 
The informed would argue that in terms of world issues there is nothing as important as the issue of 'Global Warming".
