You are invited to dedicate this olive tree to a family relation or great friend. Many donors have found this a very meaningful way of honouring someone on a special occasion such as a birthday, a wedding anniversary or an outstanding achievement.

If you choose to dedicate it to a loved one who has died, your tree will grow as a living memory to him or her, and its fruits will continue to be a source of life for others.

 Your donation covers the price of the tree and its nurturing for five years - when it becomes fruit bearing. It also includes the charge for scripting your dedication onto a metal plaque and placing it on the Dedication Wall.

This photo shows the Dedication Wall with a small section of the Olive Peace Grove on the right which now has over 9000 olive trees planted in it as a result of our donors wonderful generosity. We harvested and pressed 60 tons of olives in 2007 and 30 tons in 2008.

An Olive tree plus a Dedication of 16 words currently costs a total of R400. You will then be supporting theprojects at Goedgedacht aimed to educate the children and to give opportunities to the many unskilled workers in the rural area to learn new skills and be able to lead happier lives.
